Last Week’s Poll Result: Agents Split on Customer Kickbacks
Voters were nearly evenly split on whether agents should share commissions with their customers. Fifty-one percent said they should not commission customers under any circumstances. The rest said it was OK. Most of these, however, offered the caveat that it must be through an affinity program. A small minority said kickbacks are fine under any circumstances. There is still time to weigh in.
